The fed-up residents marched to the local police station and handed over a memorandum of concerns to Mbuso Khuzwayo, from the Gauteng Department of Community Safety. They complained about the lack of action from the cops who know about the brothel in the hostel. They also claimed that corrupt cops take bribes and sell dockets.
