Cultural Genocide Case EC05/2013 lodged by Korana San minority group leader Ikeraam Korana Kellerman 04 August 2013 "A Cultural Genocide court case (EC05/2013) was lodged against Premier Helen Zille, SA President Jacob Zuma, and all the members of the South African Parliament, writes Chief Ikeraam Korana Kellerman on his website. Ons Grond Ons Land: August 1 2013: "Today in the Labour Court with the "coloureds"vs Department of Correctional Services Case...I heard that Employment Equity Laws was drawn up to benefit the ORIGINAL people of this land and country: but the black people never owned this country: It belongs to the Khoi-San. The Khoi and San Structures should go and picket outside the Labour Court and make the truth known to set the record straight? The case runs till 8th August 2013. https://www.facebook.com/groups/375364909243310/permalink/431573366955797/ Writes Ikeraam Korana Kellerman: "Until this court case is resolved, there cannot be a general election and it needs to be postponed. He writes: 'The political parties and parliament are not representative of the indigenous peoples of South Africa: "Just look at all parliament members who make up representatives of political parties, which included all parties and their members as workers, with political positions, from the top, Speaker of Parliament and MP’s. He cites from the "Stavenhagen Report “Mission to South Africa” dated 2005, which noted: "B. Recommendations to civil society: "103. The political parties in the country should take a stand in favour of the constitutional recognition of indigenous peoples. Political parties representatives form parliament, therefore are also guilty of Cultural Genocide practices, laws and policies." He wrote: ' That’s why we had launch a Cultural Genocide court case EC05/2013 against former Presidents Nelson Mandela, FW de Klerk, Thabo Mbeki, current President Jacob Zuma, Western Cape Premier Helen Zille, Parliament and Department of Police. "Due to the Court case against above mention groups, the next general election 2014 cannot and should not take place. "The Special Rapporteur concludes his report by a number of recommendations intended to help the concerned parties to fill the existing gaps and to find durable solutions that contribute to the improvement of the human rights situation of the indigenous peoples in the country. The Special Rapporteur recommends, inter alia, that indigenous communities be recognized as such constitutionally and that the legal institutions maintaining the stigma of their classification as “Coloureds” by the apartheid regime be removed. The Government is advised to maintain a national register of officially recognized indigenous communities, and to give statutory recognition to their associations and chieftaincies wherever relevant. He also recommends that Convention No. 169 concerning Indigenous and Tribal Peoples in Independent Countries (1989) of the International Labour Organization be ratified promptly. "Remember the UNDRIP 2007 states "Affirming further that all doctrines, policies and practices based on or advocating superiority of peoples or individuals on the basis of national origin or racial, religious, ethnic or cultural differences are racist, scientifically false, legally invalid, morally condemnable and socially unjust," "Reaffirming that indigenous peoples, in the exercise of their rights, should be free from discrimination of any kind, ..."Concerned that indigenous peoples have suffered from historic injustices as a result of, inter alia, their colonization and dispossession of their lands, territories and resources, thus preventing them from exercising, in particular, their right to development in accordance with their own needs and interests, Recognizing the urgent ..." "The Republic of South Africa (RSA), Parliament, City of Cape Town, South African President, Premiers, Mayors, Councillors, Political Parties, Local and International businesses did not honoured and implemented the UNDRIP of 2007 which they are a signatory to it. "Let’s People of the South rephrase itself, South African laws and policies (South African Constitution and the Constitution of Western Cape 1997) is no longer applicable to the Indigenous, descendants of the Khoi and Bushmen of South Africa known under their laws as “COLOUREDS”, because it is only destructive in the past, present time and will be in the future. "The Boere have a constitutional right on land therefore the so called Coloureds are not part of the Constitution, they did not amend the Constitution to include us, which means the Boere still have the upper hand when it comes to the land of the country including Blacks who now dispossessed properties through illegal establishment of informal settlements and false land claims. "That’s why we have two unresolved land claims made in 1998, K453 and the K452 who are now being political marginalised, suppress by the ANC’s 1913 Native Land Act and the Bill they plan to extend to 2018. "Therefore the next general election 2014 cannot take place or need to be postponed. Sincerely yours, Khoi Nico Nel Advisor "Group: People of the South: Chief Ikeraam Korana Kellerman: (International High Commissioner) 072 335 9099 gcap.gcc@gmail.com www.chiefkorana.blogspot.com
