World Bank: "Most of the excess grains in Southern Africa are produced by countries with European Settler Agriculture"

The growing number of battles and riots over access to food in South Africa - where most of Africa's surplus food was grown after the collapse of Zimbabwe's 'White Settler Agriculture' - shows that there is a massive problem with local food production throughout Southern Africa.
This can also be seen by the large and rather sudden and increasingly desperate flight of surplus young people from Africa into Europe - with 1million young black people waiting in Liberian camps for their trip overseas by unscrupulous people-smugglers - can be directly blamed on two things:
1. The determined 'anti-white settler' agricultural policies of the World Bank, which insists on meddling in a once efficient system of excess food production throughout southern Africa by white farming communities.
2. The total lack of birth-control policies in African countries, leading to a population explosion of young people who are increasingly fighting over rapidly shrinking resources - food, housing and employment.
An indication of the anti-white settler policies which drive the World Bank's providing loans to African government can for instance be seen in the world bank report from October 2012 noting with dismay that 'Most excess food produced in Africa south of the sahara is produced by African countries with European Settler Agricultural Cultures:

NOTE:
I personally believe (writes archivist Adriana Stuijt), that there was a massive shift in the modern history of Africa y when the Western farmers started being chased out of Africa - taking their extensive agricultural knowledge and farming skills with them.
That's when the present problems started.
South Africa was the last outpost of 'Western farming' which had proven to be so sufficient that the entire southern African continent was provided with affordable food.
And the World Bank was completely responsible in the collapse of this agricultural community -- , encouraging the 'removal' of Western farmers with their irresponsible lending policies to African governments - which encouraged greed and fraud leading to the African countries ''grain marketing boards' to simply start buying their grains overseas in exchange for exporting RAW minerals.
Thus Africa's mines are being looted of raw materials - no industry has grown up around the exporting of raw materials in most African countries. In South Africa during apartheid, there was a massive industry around the production of raw materials into useable products which could be exported to many countries.
There were diamond-experts in Johannesburg cutting the diamonds for instance, an intricate skill which creating many jobs.
And that's just one example. The diamond-cutters have all gone, most have fled to New York, Antwerp... What is happening when all the 'Settler farmers' are forced off their land, can already be seen - it has a domino effect on the entire migratory patterns of Africa, with 100,000 young Africans being smuggled across the mediterranean from Libya in dodgy boats operated by criminal people-smugglers, and one-million young blacks living in dismal conditions in Libya also waiting to travel to Europe. the 'dismal conditions' are deliberate so that European governments won't be tempted to take them all back whence they came from, as Australia is doing with their surplus-people invasion from Far Eastern countries - providing comfortable, stable and safe boats in which the migrants were returned to their home ports. The stream of migrants has mostly dried up in Australia due to this policy, although it does not solve the excess people problem in far-eastern countries itself.
A similar migration can be seen in Africa. Now that Western farming has almost completely destroyed the ability to produce enough excess food on the African continent itself, African countries now are totally reliant on hand-outs, socalled 'loans which need not be repaid' from the World Bank and western governments.
Small wonder that their young men and women now are going directly to the source of the food supplies. Their own leaders are looting everything and enriching themselves with the money from Western governments and from the World Bank and until this stream of cash is turned off at its source, African countries will continue to not have to grow their own food..
South Africa's wideopen borders are causing increasing friction with locals in battles over rapidly shrinking resources: in the past it was unheard of that burglars and thieves looted food together with valuables in South Africa, this archive shows.
Now, it's reported daily that thieves 'also stole food' from the kitchens. That's because food has also become a valuable item to re-sell. There also are indications that the massive looting of 'foreign owned' shops in South Africa by local blacks also is caused by the fact that they cannot afford the food, or that insufficient food is available to purchase in townships. In the past, local township women made a good daily living from buying food from local farmers' markets and reselling them in stalls at their own townships. http://pic.twitter.com/utyO3YrSrJ
