Tshidiso Tsiloane (27) said he expected trouble when a taxi stopped next to him on Sunday and the driver and three men got out while he was urinating at the roadside.
"The men seemed drunk. They asked me why I was peeing there and they accused me of being disrespectful," he said.Tshidiso said he asked them who they were and an argument started. "Then one of them pulled out a gun and pointed it at my 4-5. (penis)He threatened to shoot it."

"She asked them what they wanted and they said they wanted to teach me a lesson.

"The men jumped in the taxi and drove away."Tshidiso's mother, Alina (49), had been shot in the chest. Yvonne Msimanga, Tshidiso's younger sister, was lucky to escape injury.
"It was chaos and residents tried to revive my mother. We called the ambulance but by the time it arrived, she was already dead," Tshidiso said.
His friend was rushed to hospital and survived.One suspect was arrested after the community traced them and is facing a murder charge. The cops are looking for three other suspects.
The family said they don't know who the men were.Warrant Officer Solomon Sibya said that using information from the public, they were able to arrest a 27-year-old suspect.
