Survives gunpoint-attack in her bedroom: unnamed elderly Afrikaner lady, Parys, Nov 16 2014
Source: Johann le Roux, Boere Krisis Aksie: "This morning just after 02h00 an elderly 'tannie' (Afrikaner lady) was awakened in her bed at gunpoint by two black thugs.
They tied the old lady up in her bed, cut open her safe with an angle-grinder and walked away with an unknown amount of cash,
all the keys and remotes from her house, and in her red BMW. The old lady is very traumatised but not physically injured.
The Parys SAPS and the private Parys Security Company's 3 reaction officers reacted quickly after the alarm was raised.
We are awaiting more information about the attackers and are not yet informed whether the BMW was found back: it is equipped with a tracker.
The Tracker Company was alerted.
