Paleskinned Woman with short red hair, in fifties, found murdered - and man also was found hanged from a bridge, Gordon's Bay

The half-naked body of a woman with short, curly red hair, estimated age early fifties, was found in Gordon's Bay, Kirsten Street, Western cape on an open land-site early on Monday-morning,August 19 2013 , reports the SAPS. It is believed that she was murdered Sunday-evening and also raped. She wore a jersey and boots. Her slacks were next to her body. The road worker Bonakele Diniso (47) who works at Rainbow Civils, said he picked up a baton (knuppel) at around 9.30am as he passed the spot, and when he bent down to pick it up he spotted a rope tied to the bridge. When he looked across the railing he saw the body hanging there. The Gordon's Bay police called in Metro Emergency Services to get the body from the steep incline. SAPS spokesman Nico Beukes said the man was 'in his late fourties, wore a black denim pants, black rain jacket and black takkies. They found a Colt-bakkie which presumably belonged to the dead man at around 06h00, earlier, near the scene in the direction of RooiEls. The race of the man was not mentioned. ----------- ALSO a 'pale skinned woman with short curly red hair' was found definitely murdered in Gordon's Bay on Monday at around 07h30am by a man walking his dogs. Beukes said his four dogs stopped and started barking in a remote area of Kirsten STreet. The man saw the body of a half-naked woman lying face down. The SAPS spokesman Beukes said the body was not decomposed and presumably she died during the night. The woman is in her early fifties, and she wore ankle boots and a black and white jersey. Her dark coloured trousers lay next to her and the police also found a parcel with bread.
