KZN Khuhluwe farmer Terence Rizzoto 63, shot dead on his farm on February 24, 2015, reports journalist Tamlyn Jolly. The black male 'introders; murdered Rizzoto, assaulted his wife Maureen and, according to a local source, their dogs also hacked to death.
"Intruders' shot and killed Rizzoto. Preliminary police reports indicate the attack was carried out between 5 and 7pm on Tuesday. The thugs fled in the Rizzoto’s vehicle and as is usually seen in farm attackers, was found abandoned early this morning.
Crime scene officers from Richards Bay are currently processing the recovered vehicle before moving onto the scene of the crime.
