The youth was ordered to appear in the same court room on June 5 2014 while the case was further investigated said SAPS colonel Ronel Otto. The teenager chose not to apply for bail at his last appearance. He is being kept in a place of safety, Otto said. The 16-year-old was arrested at his guardian's house in Mossel Bay, Western Cape. He first appeared in the Mossel Bay Magistrate's Court at the end of March. Police said the matter was transferred to Mokopane because the bodies of the couple were discovered on their farm near Lephalale in Limpopo. (Potgietersrus) Police found the bodies of the 69-year-old man and 66-year-old woman after their relatives had been unable to contact them. The decomposing bodies of Will, 69, and Anje, 66, Kiesling were found in their home near the Botswana border last Friday. It is believed they were murdered about four days earlier (on Monday).Sapa reported on Monday that the youth was arrested at his guardian's house in Mossel Bay on Monday morning. He appeared in the local magistrate's court and will remain in custody. The case was postponed to 7 April as it will be transferred to the Mokopane (?) Magistrate's Court in Limpopo. According to Beeld, shocked family members did not want to speak about the incident, but the couple's son-in-law said the murder should never have happened in their house. Spoorsnyers searched the parametre around the fencing and the house - we could not gain access from outside the property. There were no suspected signs of break ins. The couple's Ford bakkie, handgun and cellphones are missing. Colonel Louwrens requires the assistance of the Pretoria C.S.M. team to conduct the forensic investigation. We followed up further leads throughout the weekend and identified one suspect. -- A white minor youth has been arrested in Mossel Bay in connection with this farm attack.
