"On the night of the 4th of December, 6 armed robbers broke into my parents house. The men flooded into the house and held up my mother and father. They split my parents up by keeping my Dad in the lounge and my Mother as the person to show them around where the safe and other valuables were. After some time, whatever happened in the next few moments we don't know for sure but the men were very aggressive and could not be reasoned with at all- even when my Dad tried to tell them to take everything and that they were willing help, he was beaten. My mother was hit over the head where she sustained terrible injury, she was also stabbed. The men at the end of the ordeal tied my parents up face to face. My fathers last moments with his wife and mother of his children was him trying to keep my mother from going to sleep while he spoke her. Her injuries were terrible. After the ordeal my father was able to get free and get help. The ambulance arrived and the paramedics only had a few minutes but they could not save her. I want to say a huge thank you to everybody who has supported us through this. All the messages on Facebook on WhatsApp on e-mail, however you have tried to let us know - we thank you! My Mother Jill Penelope Masterton was one super force of a human being with no limits whatsoever - the most incredible person I have ever known! If you ever met her even for a minute she would have left an impression. Those men that killed her never made her scared and cower in fear - she was never afraid!
