Survive: Rustenburg farm-couple Gerhard and Christa Smith: couple injured, attacked by black knifemen -------------- 7 December 2014: Rustenburg. Afrikaner couple Gerhard and Christa Smith were attacked by black knifemen on a security-farm. The couple were both stabbed (either by knives or machetes, at this stage it's unknown) -- and Mr Smith's gun was taken away from him. However he had another gun and started shooting at their attackers. She is in Rustenburg Hospital. It is not known at this stage how the couple survived and exactly what happened.
